Payment, Delivery & Returns Information
Online with a Credit or Debit Card
You can purchase any of the advertised seed mixes online from this website using a valid Credit or Debit Card. This website uses PayPal as the secure card processing provider and during the checkout process you will be taken to the PayPal site where payment is taken either from your registered PayPal account or from your credit/debit card. Please note you don’t need a PayPal account to make an online payment. Once processed you will return to the Wild Flower Lawns & Meadows website where an order confirmation is shown and a printable receipt is available.
Cheque or BACS
If you prefer to place an order paying by Cheque or by online banking/BACS, please contact me first by email or phone with your order before sending payment. Cheques should be made out to ‘Colin Reader’ and posted to the address shown on the ‘Contact Details‘ page. Instructions for online banking/BACS payments will be given on request.
I aim to mix and dispatch most seed orders within 1-3 working days of receipt of an order and cleared payment. Seed is sent by 1st class Royal Mail or Special Delivery depending upon the pack size ordered, which means most deliveries should arrive within 2-4 working days of you placing your order. Special additions to orders, large orders and bespoke mixtures may take longer.
Orders in excess of £65 in value will need to be signed for on delivery. If it is more convenient, you may wish to have the products delivered to an alternative address such as a work address where someone will be available to sign.
Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom when ordering online. If you would like to receive shipment outside of the UK please contact me for delivery charges.
I am sure that you will be fully satisfied with the seeds that I supply however if for any reason you have a problem with any product please do contact me at the earliest opportunity so that I can seek to resolve the issue for you.
In accordance with your rights to a “cooling off period” under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, individuals (but not a business) can cancel an order and return the goods at any time until 7 working days after receiving the goods to receive a refund for the goods. To qualify for a refund the seeds must be returned in good condition and with their original packaging and labelling intact. Seeds are living structures and potentially a perishable product so I reserve the right to refuse their return if I suspect that the seed or packaging has been damaged (e.g. exposed to damp or heat). To comply with seed regulations I can only accept un-opened seed packages (being of their original weight) that are still sealed with their official labels. For your protection, it is recommended that you use Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service if the value of the return is more than £50. Please take particular care when ordering bespoke or custom mixtures of seeds: the right to cancel does not apply in this situation as I would not be able to re-sell the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that the seeds I supply are of high quality. Since their use will be under conditions over which I have no control, I accept no liability for any consequential losses occasioned by failure of the material to perform in the manner expected.
